Chronos Agency provides digital marketing services to other businesses – our clients. On information you provide through social media: when you engage with our social media platform or interact with us through any of our social media channels.

Our systems are not designed to associate personal information with your activities (such as the pages you view or things you click on or search for).

We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly obtain parental consent or remove the information.

  • We do transfer employee or HR related data into or out of the EU or Switzerland.

We may collect information about individual consumers from our clients or – at clients’ request– from their service providers. Our clients determine the scope of the information transferred to us, and the information we receive may vary by client.

We use personal information only as directed or authorized by our client. Typically, we are directed or authorized to use personal information collected on behalf of the client to:

  • Personalize marketing content for our clients’ customers
  • Target customers for our clients’ marketing campaigns
  • Analyze and enhance our clients’ communications and strategies (including by identifying when emails sent to you have been received and read)
  • Analyze results from marketing campaigns for our clients

  • We do not use this information for Chronos Agency’s own purposes.

We use this information on an anonymous basis and do not use it to identify any particular user. We do not link this data to any other data that we hold about you.* We don’t share your personal data with other companies. We generally do not share personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email or phone) with other companies. At this time, we do not track our users’ personal information over time and across third-party websites. We therefore do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

*Third parties may also provide us with additional publicly available information about you.

 

YOUR LOCATION

With your permission, we may also collect your location data. We may also collect the time spent visiting, usage patterns, and the domain name of the website from which you linked to our websites. In serving you, we may use or store your precise geographic location, if you give us permission to do so. We do not use or share this data for any other purpose. Many devices will indicate through an icon when location services are operating. We only share this location information with others as approved by you.

For your mobile device, you may opt out of precise location tracking and/or push notifications by changing your settings.

We may share information about you with our affiliates and transfer it to countries in the world outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) for example the USA and Southeast Asia where we do business in connection with the uses identified above.

AD TRACKING

Ad companies may use and collect anonymous data about your interests to customize content and advertising here and in other sites and applications. Interest and location data may be linked to your device, but is not linked to your identity.

We use pixels and cookies in our work with customer database hosting providers to place relevant content and advertisements for you on our own websites, as well as other websites, and online media channels. We may use your personal information with your consent or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
